How Would Fully Engaged Employees Affect Your Bottom Line?

Attention Leaders Who Want to Improve Your Organization’s Bottom Line by Engaging Your Employees

What’s the real cost to your company when employees check out?  Ever done the math?

Employee Voice Matters!  Giving your employees a voice in the decision making process regardless of their position in the company means real cost savings and revenue generating opportunities for your company.

Giving your employees control over how, when, where they work has real implications for your bottom line — backed by a great deal of science!

Assess…….Imagine……..Plan!

It’s not enough to talk about engaging your employees you must practice, practice, practice!

Ready to get engaged in the business of employee engagement?

Does this sound familiar?

  • I don’t have the budget to add more staff.  Adding more people to get more done isn’t an option.
  • Some of our best employees have left the company and that is affecting morale and productivity.
  • Overwork has become an issue.  The stress on employees and their families is not sustainable.
  • I keep reading about the cool stuff other companies are doing on great places to work lists.  We can’t afford to offer the benefits of these companies.    How can we attract good people with our smaller budget?
  • I really want to stand out in the crowd as a great employer but don’t know where to start.

No More Cogs in a Wheel.  Here’s What A Fully Engaged Workforce Will Mean To Your Business

  • Giving employees voice and control means leaders can rely on the people you’ve hired to act in your company’s best interest.
  • Engaging your employees in the business of business means decisions are richer and more valuable because knowledge comes from all levels of the organization.
  • Employees on the front line of customer service are your best marketing tool. The more informed they are the better they can represent the company.
  • Transparency, through information sharing, means employees can rely on their leaders to act in their best interests because they trust them.  Loyalty is a natural byproduct of trust.
  • You will keep your best employees because they will be more engaged in the business.
  • Sales soar as service levels improve.

Get Completely Focused On Employee Engagement For 6 Weeks

  • Every Tuesday and Thursday for six weeks we Engage You in group coaching sessions and discussions about challenges and breakthroughs in the process of creating your workplace transformations blueprint!
  • First we will assess the cost of your current work environment.  Turnover, low morale, low productivity, error rates.
  • Then we will imagine a future where your employees really come to work.
  • Finally we will create a plan for successfully implementing your employee engagement strategies.
  • We’ll take a look at best practices of employee engagement in terms of information sharing, flexible work arrangements, and focusing on results and democratic workplace principles.
  • We’ll examine the psychology of employee voice which is a basic human need.  Giving employees involvement in the decision making process, is key to the success of your business.  And it has been proven scientifically!   It means they will start acting in the company’s best interest 100% of the time.  Which, of course, is in everyone’s best interest.  It begins by sharing information.  Scary, yes!
  • We will put together a blueprint for incorporating strategies for putting your employees first.   The blueprint will include metrics where you decide how much the status quo is costing you now and what you want to see as a result of a successful transformation. Yes we will do the math!
  • Each week you’ll have access to additional video, audio, exercises, and templates you’ll be expected to work throu gh and complete. This way we can spend our time together working on applying the strategies to YOUR COMPANY.
  • You will not be alone.  You’ll have access to a private online members area so you can get support from the others working through their workplace transformation!

Questions?

When is the Workplace Transformations Blueprint?

  • The six weeks begins Tuesday, May 10th and runs through Thursday, June 23rd.    Each Tuesday will be a live call where we will discuss a topic relevant to giving your employees voice.  Each Thursday we will open it up to the participants to discuss challenges and opportunities that arise throughout the process of creating your blueprint.   If you’ve  missed these calls, don’t worry, you’ll have access to the recordings. You’ll also have some preparation work to do to give you a flying start.
  • The Blueprint calls will be held at 1.30pm United States, Minnesota, Central Daylight Time.
  • In between sessions, you’ll have about two to three hours of homework to do in addition to the call, including videos to watch, audios to listen to and questions to work through.

Wow, that sounds like hard work!

  • It’s not for the faint hearted and for six weeks we will be working very hard.  But I promise you it will be worth it.
  • After all, if it was easy, employee engagement would not be an issue for your company or anyone else’s right?

Where is the Workplace Transformations Blueprint Coaching Series?

  • The beauty of it is you don’t have to go anywhere. We meet online so you don’t even have to spend the cost of a phone call as long as you have a headset and microphone.
  • This also means I can record each of the sessions so that you can refer back whenever you need to.

What if I can’t make some of the times?

  • We only have six weeks.  This is a quick paced program.  Attending the live calls will make for richer discussions with other blueprint participants.
  • However there will be a recording of each live call if you’ve got something you can’t cancel but you know you can commit some time each week to catch up.

I’m sure if I sat down for a week, I could plan a way to do everything you’ve just outlined – why would I pay for this?

  • Working together and holding each other accountable is just the kick in the behind you and your company need.
  • Remember, the status quo isn’t an option.  Not engaging your employees is costing your company too much.   The status quo is unsustainable! We’ll be completely clear on what the status quo is costing you during the six week of blueprint creation.
  • If you could do it yourself you would have already done it!
  • Many companies understand the importance of employee engagement but are stumped at how to implement it or where to start.
  • Creating this blueprint in a short amount of time is going to require discipline, passion, persistence, and of course playfulness.  That’s why I’m here.  To make sure you commit to what you said you would do!  And, have fun!

How much will it cost to put together my company’s Workplace Transformations Blueprint?

How much does it cost you now in employee turnover, high training costs, lack luster sales,  — 100 k, 200 k, or 4 million?   The Blueprint program will help you get clear on this if you aren’t already.

Any investment in your employees will be well worth it.

The Workplace Transformations Blueprint is US $997.00.  If you retain one employee as a result of implementing the blueprint you will have received your return on investment and then some.  Lower rates for non-profits and additional team members are negotiable.  Contact patty.tanji@myopenworkplace.
